Essaouira – Morocco
First there was the kitten, then there was the seaside, now an actual post on Essaouira. Essaouira was my favorite town that we visited in Morocco, though we didn’t visit that many. I could’ve spent another few days wandering around taking photos, 1 day (well, one evening and then one day) was just not long enough, oh well, such is the life of the guided tour taking traveller!

What a great set of shots, with some really vibrant colours and interesting perspectives.
Cheers Daniel
Great gallery!
Thanks!
Great photographs! Good luck further!
Thanks Christian
I want to walk down some of these passageways.
As I would expect from a chap calling his blog the tow path! Thanks
Stunning shots, and I love how the common theme across the photos is “blue”!
Essaouira was almost like a Greek island they way everything was painted white and blue. Cheers!
Great set of images Geoff. I’ve never been to Morocco, but I feel you’ve captured the essence of the place….it certainly looks like what I imagine it to be.
Fantastic photos. The perspectives are just great.
This is a wonderful place (been there years ago). And the same goes for the photos!
Stunning photos. The colours are breathtaking!!
Outstanding photography! The canon shot is so cool
Thanks Paula! Only a fellow photographer would spell cannon wrong!
Oh shoot, kill me
. I will take it as a compliment
Such a beautiful collection, with a lovely mix of angles and colours

The quality if the light a d the beautiful jewel colours in Morocco are amazing. It has to be my favourite place on earth. If you didn’t visit Marrakech a d the square, Djemaa El Fna, especially at night, you really have to
We did visit Marrakesh! Though somehow I didn’t manage to get many good photo’s while we were there.
I’ve taken masses of photos of Marrakech, just such an amazing place.
Fabulus shots, great place. I can see why it’s a favorite. Gonna put it on the list…
Thanks, the list never stops getting longer huh?
Right!
Thanks for dropping by my blog, I’m quite new to this and just learning how to look at other blogs too! You have some beautiful photos on your website. I designed a book called The Road Less Travelled and Essaouira featured as one of the destinations, I’d still like to visit it myself. You seem to have captured the essence of it beautifully.
The alley way is so well captured…feels like I’m there. Beautifully done. Blessings, Robyn
